I've never passed out, but I got seriously light-headed once when
leaving the local Thai eatery. Got a <major> endorphin rush from eating
a 10 star red curry decorated with a sliced hab. Got nobody to blame, as
I was the one who gave the habs to the cook. Who was properly astonished
when he bit into one, hehehe. Now every time I see him, it's "didja
bring me some more of those?" Just spreading the Gospel of El Grande, ya
know.
