Hey folks, I have about a dozen nice jalapenos that I want to stuff and fry. Does anybody have a good recipe to share? Cream cheese is a favorite of mine but I am always looking for new ideas. I had problems with getting the batter to stick to the slick surface of the peppers last time I tried. Please advise!! Thanks, Shane Schmidt
