This info was sent to me by a man who sells machinery for packing foods:

 There about 15 - 20 bottle people in USA who can supply stock
bottles.  I would start w/the majors:  Anchor 813-884-0000, Ball
317-747-6100, CGP 312-666-2050 , Italian Trade Commission NYC Ph ?,
Ownes-Brockway 419-247-5000, Stanpac 905-957-3326, Wheaton 800-225-1437,
etc. They will also know where to get caps .
