Is this the right stuff? How do I use it?

Corn Smut is a fungus that I think grows on the outside of the
Kernels .
Don't let your Agriculture people know !
Corn Smut is used in Moles
and some other recipes , I have only seen it tinned here in
Australia and the only opportunity that I had to buy it I was
broke . The Importer here in Oz
is a Bahai{ Iranian} who lived in Louisiana for some time,
Missing his right hand ? and he only sells to Commercial outlets
in boxes of product
Only recipes that I have are filed in hard copy and I'm not sure
that there is a Smut mole in there . but I shall look and get
back to you if I find one .
Jose Cisneros should have one but he has not posted for some
time now and is not returning his mail ?? so I'll chase him up
if I can. There should be couple of people here on this list of
mexican descent that can help with this,
though I would advise you to check with Scott Askenaz for any
translations from the Mexican..
