Sounds about right. If I'm not mistaken, the stuff is called huitlacoche. I
can't offer you any recipes for it, but I think there is one in Vincent
Guerithault's cookbook that uses the stuff in tamales (?)... it's pretty
rare, and expensive if you can get it, so lucky you! Let us know if you
cook with it.
