Red savina habinero originally tested at the hottest on the planet
Did they test all capsacinoids or just capacacin as usual?
Can we get a copy of the research??
What differece does it make to scoville units to test all capacinoids?
I recenty tried to get some of our chillies tested and found mostly only
capacacin is tested by labs
as this is the only pure capacinoid avialble to calibrate the HPLC? machine.
