I'm at about 45 degrees in Eugene, OR, and my rocotos are pretty laden
with fruit and putting more on.  I'm pretty sure the latitude's not the
problem--maybe temp?  We've had a pretty cool summer here in the
Willamette valley.  The question as to what makes rocotos happy rages
on....
