Boy, Doug,

There are probably a lot of chemists and maybe some wanna-be's out there,
especially those of us who are vinegar-lovers who are gonna point out that
acetic acid IS vinegar.  That's a great idea, though - shopping at east
Indian markets.  Here in the Houston area, we have quite a variety of
ethnic markets.  I especially enjoy the ones that cater to the Asian
population, like Hong Kong Market on Gessner at Westpark.
