Well, our first go 'round with habs is turning out just great here in
the upper Midwest. The little plant we bought at the farmers market has
grown into a full blown shrub, and the habs are maturing into a
beautiful orange. We lucked out. You can feel Fall right around the
corner with cool nights in the 50's. It makes for great sleeping but
hopefully the frost will stay away longer than usual this year so our
harvest will increase. Gotta love the uses for these things...we've
been looking for (and finding) ways to use them as we've never had fresh
ones before. As natives to the Midwest we're looking forward to the
change of seasons, plus now we have something extra to get us through
Winter!

Stay Hot!
