[CH] getting chiles in New York City

Hi.  I am a newcomer to the list, and find the knowlegde you all have to be
enlightening.

I am wondering if anyone knows places in New York City to get chiles?  I
live on the upper east side and work in midtown, so those are preferable,
but I'll go anywhere if I have to.  I cannot grow anything in my small
apartment.
