Sorry Michael you lose, Cameron was very careful to say
*species* which have an erect variety.  That you chose
varieties from thousands that don't have this habit has nothing
to do with it ;-)  There is within the species a variety that
does.  Use the USDA capsicum database and do a search with erect 
growth as a search key and see how many they catalogue.  Do not 
confuse species with varieties ;-)
