Since my rocotos don't look like they're in any hurry to fruit with fast fall approaching, I was wondering if there are any authentic rocoto hot sauces out there? I've read about them and salivated over full baskets of them pictured in DeWitt's Pepper book but I've never tasted one. Jeffro
