Just talking on IRC to someone from texas, he said that there was a line of barbecue sauce called Big Daddy's (varieties: Death Wish, DWII, DWIII, make my day) that used 'roots' not chiles for heat. Reckoned it was hotter than habs. Brand name was "BD's" someone shed some light? jbc
