It's pick you brains time, folks,

	having just come across 'Mexican 3 Pepper powder', in an ethnic market
(Brixton, London)- I now wonder as to just what goes into it, 'cos it's
delicious.  I know one pepper is chipotles as I can distinguish that
flavour but the rest just seems a warming [nay, toasting] melange of
delights.  Could anyone help, please ?
