A recent series on the TV here in Oz called "A river somewhere" had its
final episode the other night. The two presenters were on the island of
Turneffe off the coast of Belize, and after the fishing part they
generally cook the fish caught which was probably Tarpon. One of them
put about 5-6 Habaneros in with the fish after saying they were a local
Hot pepper, he had a small mouthful and declined to finish the meal.<G>
This is a great fishing travel type of show as these two guys are
passionate fishermen, if it comes on TV its quite worth watching.
