?We just wash the pesticides, dust, etc. off, remove the stems and 
put them in zip-lock bags. Like most thin-walled chiles they freeze 
pretty well. You could also de-seed and de-vein and slice them into 
little circles, but then you lose most of the heat. They won't quite 
look like fresh when thawed because freezing will cause cell damage, 
but they'll be pretty close.
