I've eaten it, will do so if hard pressed (i.e. someone steals my backpack
and I'm without chiles...or decent flavored lint from my pocket). Oh, that
ain't the question...hottest I've had to date is Brother Jim C's.
backdraft...that I can tolerate. In general, I ain't fond of sauces
though...like the real-deal, sho' nuff' chiles...
But I've nothing against good hot sauces...Bro. Jim and Bubba (still
missing? where be that misplaced redneck?) make some damn good sauce...

Too difficult to answer...each has it's own nuances (I just luv that
wird..). Habs/SB's for intense heat and an interesting/good/"*that's* what
it needed!" flavor, cayennes as just damn good chiles, chipotles for that
Groovy Chipotle Thang, serranos for All Purpose Chiles...if I must "choose"...

Uh, don't really know...but I do remember the first time I got burnt...down
in Austin visiting a sis/bro-in-law o' mine...at some fo' real Mex.
restaurant...watched the BIL scoop up some thinnish red sauce on a chip and
chow down...I did the same, mebbe a bit more, and as the chip entered my
mouth, I recollect hearing my BIL say "uh, man, you may
wanna..."....believe I drank 2 Tecates in, oh, 5 seconds...ouch.

Mainly dried...home cooked...can't get no good salsa 'round here and I'm

I have to admit, Da Bread is usu. too hot...too intense, really...but what
really kills are heavy vinegar sauces...burn me up like a torch...and
tastes like kaka too...I hate vinegar, really, really hate it...but
sometimes that which wuz mild one day is hot the next...wishy-washy
constitution (eh? whatever..)...was the same way when a drunk...a six-pack
and a shot one day, a fifth the next...how damned odd...had a LARGE
stash... :)

I've had a few religious experiences on the throne, if that's what you
mean....super hot stuff does give Monk Rael a bad case of the hiccups
