Morning y'all,
I had a last minute gathering at my house last night to watch the Lennox
Lewis fight so I cooked up a batch of chicken wings.  My dad picked up a a
bottle of "Flaming Ass Phoenix Wing Sauce" for me from Peppers when he was
up there so I broke it out to give it a try.  GOOD stuff.  I have the
xtrahot and, according to the bottle, there is an xxtrahot version.  The
sauce starts out with a little sweetness and then the burn builds.  I
didn't even doctor it- just used it straight out of the bottle.  I
definitely recommend it.  I just fried up the wings, covered them in sauce,
popped them in the oven for a few minutes, added more sauce and served them
up!  Good eatin'! (as some are prone to say around here *g*)
	I made a few pepper (jalapeno, wax, a small NuMex looking thing I am
growing) bullets as well since the peppers are filling up the house.  Had
to use whole wheat flour for my beer batter since I seem to have run out of
white flour without noticing.  Turned out VERY tasty and didn't get a one
for a leftover for breakfast :-((
	Mostly I just wanted to tell ya about the wing sauce - impressive right
out of the bottle. standard disclaimer...
