I picked up a small West Bend coffee grinder for crushing/grinding peppers
at Costco for a mere $10.00  Works great!  You can chop them coarsely or
fine.  Seems as though most discount stores like K-Mart, Target or Wal-Mart
would have them at a reasonable price.
