For our hot sauces, I picked up some wire shelves at our local hardware
store. These are meant to be attached to the inside of a door or inside a
cabinet where you need shallow shelves. You can put two bottles of hot
sauce deep by about 8 or so wide. Inexpensive and they can be put in odd
spots so they don't clutter up your working area.
