Hi!!

Would anyone on the list be so kind as to give me an idea how much chile peppers would cost in your regular local supermarkets? A chef from one of the restaurants here in Manila has been bugging me to sell some of my chile peppers to him and I told him I'd give him a price list next week.  He's also been bugging me to turn my pepper growing into a business -- assuring me that his restaurant alone would probably buy out all I can produce. My problem is, I don't exactly know how to cost these things out since growing peppers had just been a hobby for me.  Could any of you help?

I would particularly like to know how much habaneros, jalapenos, poblanos, pasillas and anaheims cost.  Thanks a bundle!
