Dunno about Scharf or edelsuss (add little dots as required), but the local
restaurant supplier sells 'Spanish' and 'Hungarian' paprika, withe
completely different smells. Have to buy it by the half kilo, though. Any
guesses as to which is which?

Amazing place, BTW. Called 'Epic Foods', located on Thomas St. Sydney (for
the benefit of any CH'ers round here), sells just about every spice, in half
kilo and kilo bags. The smell as you walk in is amazing. As I say, the're
really into catering supplies, and the middle aisle has a forklift. Also
dozens of varieties of flavoured vinegars, oils, cooking spirits (Ever seen
10 litres of grand marnier in one bottle?) a decent asian food section...
the list goes on! You want 10-kilo bags of raspberry jelly crystals? They've
got'em. Definitely worth a visit.

Usual disclaimer, not affiliated, etc.
