[CH] chili and chile's

Well, this is kinda funny, considering the circumstances. I bought a chili
mix (I know, heresy, but my job keeps me on the road 5 days out of 7, and
this was easiest), and gave a quick glance at the directions (not that I
intended to follow them that closely, I'm a stubborn cuss). In them, they
mention the cayenne pepper powder packet, saying: "most people find this
chili hot enough as is, but if you want HOT chili, had 1/2 the packet, and
if you want it HOT AS A $2 PISTON ON SATURDAY NIGHT put the whole packet
in..." (emphasis theirs). Hmmm...a *whole* teaspoon of cayenne in a big
mess o' chile. Right. Well, naturally the whole packet went in immediately,
and I've got two GORGEOUS big red scotch bonnets just dying to go in later
on this afternoon. Not a bad start, we'll see if more is needed later...

Yours in the glow to come...;>)
