If regular Tabasco is a 5, T. Habanero would come in at a 7 or so.  It's got
a decent kick and pretty good flavor (both from the habbies and the fruits
they put in it, especially tamarind).  But it still has that nasty Tabasco
vinegary taste.

Also, it's not just habanero, they build it "on top" of regular Tabasco sauce.
