Hi... the best and cheapest way IMHO is to go out to the CHEAPEST
grocery stoe that you can find, and buy the CHEAPEST spices that you can
find in that store, in the size that you are wishing to have...buy the
stuff, whatever, empty the jars, save the lids and the little shaker
thingies, and fill your NEW jars with whatever, after washing in the
dishwasher or by hand. This is what I have done for years,and
it works great! Try it...Doug in BC
