Been absent from the list for ages (don't ask).

mmmmmm... butter beans, slow-cooked with bacon and chipotle. 

As for limas, at dinner last night, bread was served with a spread
made of pureed (cooked) limas, fruity olive oil and raw garlic: a pale
green variation on hummus. To wander back OT, one could certainly add
some cayenne or other chile powder of preference...
