This sounds like the perfect Get Rich Quick plan.

You take as much money as you can get/borrow/whatever to the bank that
gives you this exchange rate and convert it all into US $.  Then take that
pile of US $ to any other bank and convert it back to Canadian $ at the
normal exchange rate.  After a few rounds of this, you'll have so much
money you'll have to hire stevadores to lug it around.
