   Try putting a piece of duct tape on the outside of the six
packs, mark them a with permanent ink pen (1,2,3...) and
then make a diagram of each six pack noting which seeds
are where.  Don't put any label into the soil until after you
remove the six pack from the humid environment of the
germination tray.

   I would segregate the shroomy cells, just to be safe.  It
sounds like the others are probably OK, but get the bad
cells their own germination tray/lid, or throw them away.
