NPR's "All Things Considered" had a piece on English chocolate. It seems
that the Europeans have not allowed importing of British chocolate due to
the high content of milk and vegetable oil and relatively lower content of
cocoa butter. The European Union has just a ruled, though that the
restriction must be lifted.

Mr. Tony Hillsborough of Cadbury's made two comments during the piece. The
first was something like, "Who is to say who has got the definitive recipe
for chocolate? After all, the Aztecs were the first to have it and they
blended all sorts of chillies (Brit. spelling!) and ginger with it." then

"I don't think anyone is advocating that REAL chocolate contains CHILLIES."

Oh yeah? Wanna bet, Mr. H?
