The meat grinder is an OnTopic item now.  Hab Boudin?  This is the black 
sausage or blood pudding so beloved by the English and the French?  Others 
too, I s'pose, but ain't it great to know that those two countries agree on 
anything?  
Off list or otherwise, please provide the Boudin sausage recipe, habs and all.
