Meat grinder: I just use my Cusinart/food processor turning it on and off until desired size of chopped meat is reached. I do this with chicken, pork, lamb, and beef. It works great and actually leaves the meat a much nicer texture than grinding. I have a Kitchen Aid Meat Grinder on my mixer, but I don't use it much. Mary-Anne
