Sorry I forgot to include the following web site.
It also has a fair amount of bugs listed. In most cases it wil also suggest
biological, organic and chemical controls.

If you can not find the bug listed under peppers, also try tomatoes,
potatoes and eggplant,

Another item that you will find on this site is plant diseases,  A small
portion of the true amounts but a starter.
