   According to "Peppers of the World" (DeWitt/Bosland),
page 14, in the section on undomesticated capsicums:

Botanical name:  C. cardenasii
Common name:  ulupica
Location:  Bolivia
Pod length:  .25 in.
Pod width:   .25 in.
Mature pod color:  red
Comments:  Flower blue with cream-colored spots.
                   Very pungent.
