  I find it difficult to believe that anyone who would have grounds for a lawsuit
based on some fur loss (I.E. someone campaigning a cat for Regionals or Nationals)
would allow it to run loose outside. I would suspect this neighbor just wanted to
be a pain in the "ring of fire" region. If you're just showing locally, you miss a
few shows while the fur grows back, big deal; you saved some money on entry fees.
Can't we all just get along?  ;-)
