I just had some crystallized ginger from Trader Joe's right out of the bag. Man, this stuff is great! I've never had it before. Sweet, strong ginger taste, and a real burn. Not quite a chile burn but more like a big dose of fresh ground pepper. Stayed with me for a while, too. I wanted to wolf down the whole bag.
