Just to mention a fairly nice article by 'local color' reporter
Dale Moss in the Louisville 'Courier Journal' today.  The byline 
being  _'Hot Luck' not for faint palates_  with a nice color pic 
of Steve Thomas and 'his red chile chicken wings with 
chipotle mayonnaise'.

It mentioned that 'more than 100 people and fiery dishes,
including folks from five other states, plus a man from
Denmark ...' were expected.  The end of the article stated
it was 'open to brave one and all ...also an exhibition/tasting by 
Jim Campbell's company and many others ...homemade salsa 
contest, etc.  Two phone numbers ...with one being TOLL FREE!

With more word getting out ...I wonder if they won't have an
even bigger and more delicious gathering this year!?    :)
