Good old Lord Byron, he has the good grace to just give us the info.  
Remember, acting on the advice of MWPH Jim, I put MiracleGro's Bloom Booster 
(root food) in planting holes a week or so before transplanting.  The Chiles 
in the sandy, gravel-ly patch got that feeding and nothing more.  They 
marginally outperformed the lime beds Chiles and the feeding (like Scott's) 
was more dilute than recommended.
