Diet tip from the Choice Health Reader:
Canadian Research has found that a combination of Caffeine and Chile
Peppers before and during meals can decrease a persons calorie intake by
100 calories a day.
The same combination can also increase a persons metabolic rate by 71
calories, which if maintained could lead to weight loss over time..
