[CH] Chile Candy

A friend of mine sent me this recipe and it looked so good I thought I'd pass 
it along.  I'm trying to quite smoking and hope this gets my mind off 
cigarettes.

2 c. White Sugar
1/2 c. Corn Syrup, Light
1/2 c. Boiling water
1/4 ts. Cream of Tartar
1/2 ts. Red food coloring
1 ts, Chipotle Chiles, Dried/Ground
1/2 ts. Habanero, Dried/Gound

Combine sugar, syrup, water, and cream of tartar in a heavy saucepan.  Boil 
untill mixture spins a thread or reaches 200 F on a candy thermometer.  Add 
coloring and peppers then pour into a buttered 9 inch square pan.  When 
partially hardened score into bite-size chunks of just let harden and break.  
Can be rolled into sugar or poured into molds.
