Seedlings with one leaf like grass or corn or daylilies are called 
monocots. Seedlings with two leaves like peppers, tomatoes  and 
cucumbers are called dicots. You seem to have a tricot which is 
probably caused by genetic engineering or close proximity to 
nuclear waste:-)
