Based on your recommendation, I had some Trader Joe's crystallized
ginger brought to me from So. Cal. You are so right....it's very good.
I'll have to ration it! It's addictive!

We grow a lot of ginger in Queensland. I grow afew in my garden. It never
occured to me that there might be different varities with different heats.
