As an experiment I froze some chile seeds, BUT these were well dried before freezing. These were frozen for 3 months. I had about 50% germination. BUT Frozen in the pod with out being dried first, the seeds might have expanded and then killed. Since there is also ~nothing ventured, nothing gained ~. you might try planting every seed you can scrape out, you might get lucky. Byron
