Anyway, to Riley AND Mary, we have been using La Costena for a few
years, mainly because we have not been to the States for ages, and that
is the only one available here in western Canada....we are going to have
to go down there this spring, however, for I am running outta other
things which I hold dear, to my cooking skills. The only comment that I
have about chipotles is that I remove the seeds, not the membrane, jsut
the seeds, mainly because I really do not like having a VERY hot seed
stuck in my jaw, anywhere, in between my teeth!.....And Randy Rockin
