[CH] chile heads in Brisbane Australia?

Are there any list members in Brisbane Australia? I am just starting
my chilli garden and I'd be interested in experiences. Also chilli
swapping, since it is illegal to get seeds imported into Australia.
As for buying fresh chillis, I have noticed that several local stores
like the Woolworths at Sandgate and whatever the supermarket is at
Chermside are selling red and green jalapenos, thai dragons and
even habaneros (though the checkout girl asked me if it was a carrot).
I consider this a major sign of civilisation for Brisbane.
You can buy a few different types of chilli bush at The Pot Shop at
New Farm, and the bizarre Erica Vale range of seeds including Big Jim
chillis at The Garden Shop at Carseldine.
I do not know of a good hot restaurant in Brisbane since the sizchuan
restaurant at Taringo closed down many years ago.
