Hi there, Lady bugs (or ladybirds as we call them in the UK!) don't really go for whitefly - they tend to only eat blackfly. Try growing marigolds near the plants - that'll stop all aphids attacking them. Or spray your chile plants with really weak soapy water - that works a treat. Good luck!
