I've tasted Aussie police issue OC (pepper) spray. It is reported to be
rated 2 million Scovies. I must say it was very, very hot. Don't worry Paul,
maybe the dogs on your route don't have capsaicin tolerance as high as
yours. I am yet to see Chum/Meaty Bites/any dog food containing japs or
habs.
