Not the biggest ketchup fan, I didn't realize there were
so many choices. Was raised on Heinz Hot Ketchup.  It only
seems to come in one size and is increasingly difficult to
find. I tend to add a few drops of Tabasco and Lea&Perrins
to every serving of mine (plain Heinz).
This Iguana Lightning, sounds interesting but I can't say
I have ever tried tomato anything on PORK.  Maybe I watch
too much Clint Eastwood I dunno.
