   I wouldn't use the clippings from *my* yard, but I am in
the middle of a war of attrition, pitting my zoysia against
the fescue and weeds.  For me it would be adding untold
millions of weed seeds into a place I'd just as soon they 
not be.  If you have a well-manicured lawn that may not be
a concern.
