[CH] Ethnic food tour

Boy did I have an interesting day yesterday.  Spent it with our listbuddy,
Renee, as well as two other buds, in Minneapolis.  Renee took us to the most
wonderful ethnic groceries/delis/restaurants to search out those elusive
ingredients we see called for in recipes but can't find in small towns.
Those of you in large cities don't know what advantages you have in this
area.

There were plenty of hot, hot hot things both Mexican at the mercado and
Asian at the United Noodle Co.
I picked up quantities of stuff and will be cooking up a storm but it will
all be of the moderate persuasion!
