I don't do ribs by recipe, but by method.  Soak in pickle juice.  I use a big 
stock pan, filled about 1/4 with the pickle juice.  Add the ribs, (you may 
have to cut them up to fit in the pan) and water to cover.  Of course, add 
any other spices you want, and some cut up chiles.  Soak overnight.  Brush 
lightly with B-B-Q sauce of your choice, and throw on the smoker for about 
four hours.  If you don't have a smoker, you can nuke them for about 15 
minutes, then put on the grill.  I like my steak rare, but ribs ain't any 
good until they fall off the bone, so they must be cooked thoroughly.

And, wazzup with the lack of recipes for B-B-Q sauce?  I could use a good one!
